Pummy Kaur’s book  A Season of Non-Violence presents 64 contemplations & practices for bringing peace into our own lives during the 64 days of the Season of Non-Violence. In a day and age when the individual can feel disempowered in the face of atrocity, limitless technology, and seemingly unstoppable disasters, Kaur reminds us that we are agents of change and that it is only through individual transformation that global transformation can be realized.
